No klonkers here: this winter cheesecake is light and creamy. The filling is flavored with orange blossom water, which gives it a delicately citrusy yet floral taste, then baked in a spiced graham cracker crust.
To top it off (and make it extra dinner party-worthy) it's given a layer of homemade candied oranges. The sweet tang of the candied citrus against the cool, creamy filling is just the respite we need from the normal comfort foods of winter.
