But even the most die-hard sweet fans among us can use a little break at this time of year. Maybe that means doing a little sugar-free baking, or adding some whole wheat flour to your favorite scones. If you have a favorite "light" or "healthy" dessert up your sleeve, shoot us a photo (along with a link to the recipe!) and we'll include it in the next roundup. Be sure to send it in no later than Tuesday, January 8th so we can include it in the Share Your Sweets on January 10th.
