At long last, spring has arrived and, though I'm overjoyed, I also have to confess to a bit of sorrow. While countless sorely missed fruits will soon flood our farm stands, grapefruits will also make their annual departure. We at Serious Eats think they deserve a last hurrah. Their tart, slightly bitter flavor makes them the perfect candidate for a touch of sweetness, so what better way to say goodbye than with a parade of colorful and refreshing desserts? They may not tide you over until next winter, but we hope these dishes will help the taste of grapefruit linger in your memories (and mouths) for just a little longer.
