As the air outside grows crisp and we fire up our ovens, the scent of gingery baked goods is just the thing to get us excited about fall. This week, we asked for your favorite ginger dessert recipes, and you weren't bashful. We've got gingerbread, gingery cupcakes, ginger donuts, and ginger cookies galore, plus a few unexpected delights (including a ginger-infused gluten-free cheesecake and a mango-ginger granita, in case you're somewhere in need of a little refreshment.) We'll admit it; we're not immune to the powers of cheesecake. (We once even tasted every single cheesecake at the Cheesecake Factory. Well, that was a little over the top.)
