The latest in the Ben & Jerry's flavorsphere: Jimmy Fallon's "Late Night Snack," which has a vanilla bean base with salty caramel swirls and crunchy fudge-covered potato chip clusters. So basically potato chip ice cream. Mmm, yup, pretty sure we approve. The concoction was inspired by a Late Night with Jimmy Fallon skit in which Fallon and The Roots performed an original song, "Ladysmith Snack Mambazo" about B&J's ice cream. In conjunction with Bonnaroo, the music festival in Manchester, Tennessee, Ben & Jerry's is releasing Bonnaroo Buzz. It's pretty much just their Coffee Heath Bar, but with an alliterative name and some extra caramel swirls thrown in there. If you like coffee ice cream and Heath Bar—and in my very unscientific research, I've found that penchants for the two seem to overlap—you'll really like this one. More

One of the best and worst things about Ben & Jerry's: they're always introducing new flavors. But with that comes some rough goodbyes to the retired flavors. Just when you started falling for Bovinity Divinity, it's nowhere to be seen in freezers. At the Ben & Jerry's factory in Waterbury, Vermont, they have an actual graveyard—as in, there are headstones and it's on a grassy knoll—for these late flavors. Let's take a moment to remember them.
