Before the days of international shipping, preserving fruit was the only way to make seasonal produce available year round. Well, turns out we're not that far from our canning-loving ancestors, because jam is still a perfect way to infuse your sweets with some fruit flavor during the dog days of winter. Kenji might be done with this year's vegan month, but we're still interested in seeing your best vegan sweets. So shoot us a photo of your best vegan dessert (along with a link to the recipe!) and we'll include it in the next roundup. Be sure to send it in no later than Tuesday, March 25th so we can include it in the Share Your Sweets on Thursday March 27th.
