Manning the gelato/coffee tasting station at the new space
Above the coffee bar is a massive wall constructed of a decade's worth of shipping crates that Duncan has collected and stored until just such an occasion.
The large open space is home to gelato machines, the pantry, office and conference space, and freezers.

The pantry in the back oversees the making of and testing new flavors.
