We washed down the cookies with a loooot of egg nog.

ZU Bison Grass vodka starred in the "Fleur De Pologne" punch, the first to disappear. For each 750ml bottle of ZU, add 1/2 cup St Germain, 3 quarts of apple cider, and half a cup of lemon juice, plus rhubarb bitters, with mint and lemon wheels to garnish. (Check out this video for more detailed instructions.)

Bright red with holiday cheer, this punch used Brugal Extra Dry rum with Campari and unsweetened cranberry juice, leaving it super-dry and pleasantly bitter (thus a smart companion to a cookie swap). Per drink, it's 1.5 oz Brugal; half an ounce each of Campari, lemon juice, and simple syrup; a quarter-ounce of cranberry; and lots of ginger beer (not ginger ale).
