Get the Recipe
We've given you recipes for all kinds of new-fangled, gussied up pecan pies (and pecan pie-inspired desserts) but when you want the real thing, there's just one recipe to use, and that's this one.
Note that it is a little less sweet than the recipe on the back of the Karo corn syrup bottle (it's OK, we bake off the box, too). We prefer it that way, especially if the pie is served under a big blob of vanilla ice cream.
