In our humble opinion, there's no need to keep tea in the cup—we like adding green tea to our cakes, chamomile to our panna cotta, and Earl Grey to our shortbread. And we've seen it more and more on dessert plates across the country, so we're not alone. How do you incorporate tea into dessert?
