Bake the Book: Cream-Bo

A "cream-bo" is a homemade version of a Krembo, a chocolate-covered marshmallow treat popular in Israel whose name literally means "cream-in-it." The Balaboosta: Bold Mediterranean Recipes To Feed The People You Love version pipes a glossy meringue filling over graham cracker cookies, drowning the whole thing in a homemade magic shell topping. Yes, please.

Tips & Tweaks: Once the cream filling has been made and piped, the cookies need to sit overnight in the freezer. We recommend doing all the dirty work the night before, as well as setting some chopped fruit in the fridge. The next day, make a royal mess coating the cream-bo, and celebrate the fruits of your labor with actual fruit, dipped in the magic shell coating.

As always with our Bake the Book feature, we have five (5) copies of Balaboosta to give away.
