Though not as decadent as some other Say It With Cake creations, the clever combination of blackberries and mint is cool and refreshing, and doesn't take a whole lot of effort to whip up.
Tips & Tweaks: The last step says to carefully peel the mint off of chocolate-coated mint leaves and then to sprinkle on the cake. You don't have to peel every leaf off, as mint leaves are totally edible. Plus a sprinkling of green looks good.
