American Classics: Ginger Peach Bourbon Pie

For me, there are few things that taste as strongly of summer as Ginger Peach Iced Tea. This easy oatmeal crumb topped pie takes that summertime pairing and gives it a kick in the pie pan, as it were, with a healthy dose of bourbon.

This boozy peach pie tastes even better the second day after the bourbon, ginger, and peach have had a chance to meld together. Serve it up with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or two and savor these last August days.
