"I want to go subtle with it," Mason says. "It is meat, after all." Though Odd Fellows is definitely taking some risks in its flavors, it's not trying to position itself as too avant garde.
Chorizo Caramel Bubbling Away
The chorizo caramel ice cream has a bit of chorizo steeped into the base, but also pulls in meatiness from a chorizo-infused caramel swirl.
Strawberry Ice Cream
Odd Fellows is after classic flavors, too. Their very first order was a scoop of strawberry.
Chocolate Ice Cream
Made with three separate chocolates, one blended into the base and two—one 60% cocoa, the other 50%—in small flake form folded into the ice cream.
Sprinkles Ice Cream
Sweet cream ice cream loaded with multi-colored sprinkles.
Made with lychees, sugar, and not much else. Mason is thinking of adding cilantro the base later on, but he's sticking to pure fruit for now.
Bar & Menu
Odd Fellows will have soda fountain bar seating and a few tables. The menu will start with 11 flavors and will rotate through the season.
