This year marks the 100th anniversary of Mallomars. 100 years? You don't get to be that old if you're not awesome.

And awesome they are: each cookie contains a circle of graham cracker topped with fluffy marshmallow and enrobed in dark chocolate. We could eat them every day. Unfortunately they're only produced in the winter, so for the warm months ahead, here's a DIY take. (Plus no baking is required, so they'll be great for those times when you can't stand to turn on your oven.)
