If we're being honest, I'll say that over the course of my life there have been things of both more and less importance than a bunch of bananas which have given me anxiety. But with things like taxes and world peace to worry about, no one should ever fret over their fruit going to waste. And yes, banana bread haters, that includes you.

But if you don't like to eat brown, splotchy bananas and you don't like to eat banana bread (no judgements) what to do? Turns out there is a tasty vehicle for over-ripe bananas waiting at almost every meal.
