This week we looked for inspiration from the American South. You sent in some of the South's best sweets, including red velvet cake, pecan tassies, and an upside down cake starring (what else?) peaches.
Next week, we're getting in the spring spirit by baking with herbs. Do you add a bit of rosemary to your scones or some basil to your strawberry tart? Shoot us a photo of your best herb-inflected sweet (along with a link to the recipe!) and we'll include it in the next roundup. Be sure to send it in no later than Tuesday, April 16th so we can include it in the Share Your Sweets on Thursday April 18th.
