For many, Irish soda bread is as hotly contested a subject as cornbread. Those same questions of sweet versus savory versus fluffy versus dry (not to mention, for soda bread, the issue of add-ins like raisins) can lead to heated discussions and more than a little recipe slamming.
Well, let's put that aside for now and just agree that all soda bread should feature caraway and raisins. Because that's how I like it. End scene.
