When the banana pudding craving hits, oh man, it hits hard. Luckily all I have to do is grab a few boxes at the grocery store, do minor assembly, and let them chill. Pretty soon I'm experiencing the sheer bliss of diving into a giant bowl of creamy banana pudding with my spoon.

Pro-tip: Buy an extra box of Nilla Wafers to tide you over until the pudding is ready. You know they're totally underrated.
