Zoe Nathan and Josh Loeb's Santa Monica bakery was bustling during my visit, with nearly every table occupied—and this was 11 a.m. on a Monday. The display case was fully stocked, with a sizeable collection of sweets vying to be coveted alongside a latte (not to mention savory goods like sandwiches, soups, and flatbread pizza).
It's the kind of place where everything looks good, so knowing what's best is helpful, especially when you can get the bakery's tastiest items right from the source of all that's sweet: Zoe herself.
