Your Tim Tam Slam Ingredients
Needed: Tim Tams (of course), and a hot drink. This is Milo, a New Zealand version of instant hot chocolate. It can be pretty thin tasting, but gets the job done (back home I started using Ghiradelli...major upgrade).
Ready to Slam?
Bite off diagonally opposing corners of your Tim Tam.
Your bite should be rather small—bites too big will make your Tim Tam fall apart faster.
Put one bitten-off corner into the hot chocolate, and begin sucking the warm liquid up. It will quickly soak the honeycomb/chocolate/caramel interior, and begin to melt the chocolate.
SLAM! When the cookie can't take any more, put the whole thing in your mouth, where it will fall apart into a mess of melty chocolate goodness.
