François Payard is undoubtedly one of the world's top pastry chefs, with his François Payard Bakery and FP Pâtisserie offering something for everyone. The bakeries have a casual feel, serving freshly-baked breads, pastries, and viennoiserie. The pâtisserie, which just opened a new flagship location on NYC's Upper East Side, is a more refined affair, with a gorgeous display of delicate cakes and tarts.

With five stores in NYC, as well as outposts in Las Vegas, Japan, and Korea, there is plenty to choose from at any of the François Payard Bakery (FPB) or FP Pâtisserie locations.
