Sugar Rush: Southern Sweets at Savannah's Candy Kitchen, Atlanta

Two hours at the airport probably doesn't count as visiting Atlanta, but it was more than enough time to whip over to Concourse B on the "plane train" for some Southern treats at Savannah's Candy Kitchen. It's on the SE list of airport food that's actually good, and you'll find everything from single slices of German chocolate cake to peanut brittle. I was hoping to write off munching through a bag of sugary goodness as a "cultural experience," so I stuck with three signature items: gophers, pralines, and divinity candies. Click through the slide show for a closer look at these Southern sweets.
