What is Philly Fluff Cake? It's sweet, moist, squishy, and buttery, with a snowfall of powdered sugar on top. A big comfort loaf, more or less. (Seriously, invite many friends over if you attempt this recipe—it makes a lot of cake.)

Why is it named Philly Fluff? Probably something to do with the cream cheese in the batter, but the rest you'll have to find out for yourselves.
