Everyone loves fluffy homemade biscuits. So why not whip up a batch and use them to top a dish of bubbling, sweet summer fruit? Plums are cooked with brown sugar and butter until soft, then blackberries are added to round out the purple fruit flavor. A bit of diced crystallized ginger gives the dish a delicious, unexpected spice.
