The short time it takes to throw this dish together belies the intensity of flavor. A blanket of pecan crumb topping ensures that every bite of boozy peach and bursting berry is countered with a bit of buttery crunch. Definitely serve it warm, topped with a melting ball of vanilla ice cream. We'd even serve a glass of whiskey on the side, but that's up to you.
