Peaches. Bourbon. Pecans. Raspberries. That's almost all you need to make this summery crisp (and therefore why crisps are the best.)
The short time it takes to throw this dish together belies the intensity of flavor. A blanket of pecan crumb topping ensures that every bite of boozy peach and bursting berry is countered with a bit of buttery crunch. Definitely serve it warm, topped with a melting ball of vanilla ice cream. We'd even serve a glass of whiskey on the side, but that's up to you.
