Here on Serious Eats, we have been vocal about our love for the Columbus-based scoop shop Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams.

Why? Well as Scooped master Max Falkowitz explained, "Jeni's is a favorite among ice cream geeks for its creative flavors, clean, ultra-creamy texture, and stellar ingredients. The resulting textures are wonderfully rich but never heavy."

Whether we're chowing down on a cone of the signature salty caramel or trying every winter flavor (flavors at Jeni's change every four months so there's always something new churning), we're always happy to have more of Jeni's ice cream in our lives.
