Cookies 'n Cream Brownies
Cookies 'n Cream Brownies
To make Carrie's good-lookin' cookies n' cream brownies, chop one sleeve (10 cookies) Double Stuf Oreos, mix into prepared brownie mixture, and bake. We prefer Double Stuf because they're better at giving you intact bits of creme.

Yeah, we went there. What doesn't a toasted marshmallow make better? Twist open an Oreo. Top with a square of Hershey's and a toasted marshmallow. Top with cookie of your choice: the other Oreo half, for a full-on oreoxperience...

... or a square of graham cracker if you just can't call anything without graham a s'more. Either way, guys, it's pretty awesome.

Oreos inside chocolate chip cookies? Yep, Adam Kuban went there. (I can't really remember the week he brought these to Serious Eats Headquarters. Blackout due to excess sugar consumption.)

Overachiever SE contributor Bravetart actually makes her own Oreos (er, "Fauxreos"), but this will work just dandy with store-bought ones, too.

Chips AhOreos (and 'Nilla Wafer Oreos)
Chips AhOreos (and 'Nilla Wafer Oreos)
Forgive me for not coming up with a better 'Nilla name; but Chips AhOreo is good enough to make up for it, right? For the big guys, we stacked two Double Stuf filling patties on top of each other, between two Chips Ahoys, and smashed down: the cookies are larger than the filing, so the double-stack-and-smash is necessary for even cream coating.

The Chips AhOreo is something I'd actually eat. 'Nillas are really, um, sweet, and I don't have much else to say about them. I guess there's a reason chocolate and creme filling go together.

Peanut Butter and Nutella Oreos

I mean, we've all done this, right? A smear of PB or Nutella does very good things to an Oreo.
Coffee N' Cookies N' Cream Ice Cream
Coffee N' Cookies N' Cream Ice Cream
After dipping Oreos into a mug of milky coffee, and going through a caffeine and sugar high rant about how coffee and chocolate combined ARE THE BEST THING EVER, Max Falkowitz decided to try the mix as ice cream. Good call, man.

Oreo Milk
Oreo Milk
No, not this kind, where you're really just smushing Oreos in milk. Here, we mushed up 3 full Oreos and a few extra creme-less halves in a full glass of milk, let it steep for 20 minutes, and then strained it through a super-fine mesh strainer. (Sorry to cookie-crumb up your cocktail gear, Maggie ...)

And it's pretty awesome: the experience of a milk-laden Oreo without any chewing to get in the way. Change the ratios of cookie to creme depending on how sweet you want it; but the inclusion of those little white bits does help it to taste like an Oreo.

Once upon a time, it was deemed necessary to package Oreos and yogurt together. But we prefer to DIY. Or even better...
Real Cookies 'n Cream Yogurt
Real Cookies 'n Cream Yogurt
Remember those Oreos we steeped in milk? When they're strained out, they give you a wet and very fine-crumbed Oreo slurry. It's a little gross-looking, but that didn't stop us from stirring it into yogurt—and trust us, it's worth it.
Mint Oreo Ice Cream
Mint Oreo Ice Cream
Sure, you've seen mint and chocolate combined before. But the meeting of slightly bitter cocoa cookie and leafy, grassy cream steeped with a generous bundle of real mint leaves is pretty special.

Cookies n' Cream Pie
Cookies n' Cream Pie
It's chock-full of Oreo cookies, some ground up with dark chocolate, salt, and butter to form the crust, others divided and placed between layers of ice cream to form stripes, and more still on top, which leaves just enough room for the candles.
