Hey, SE'r ajmill1978? You deserve a medal. Thanks to your comment on my last Cadbury Egg dispatch, I may now eat all of my creme eggs frozen. Not really sure what to expect, I froze an egg today for a few hours until the chocolate felt rock hard. I cut it open to reveal...something that looked a lot like a hardboiled egg. The filling didn't freeze solid, but it firmed up like fudge, or a soft caramel candy. If you find Cadbury Egg fillings too viscous and sticky, try freezing them. It doesn't impact the flavor but makes for a totally different textural experience.
