Setting out to show curious bakers that yes, in fact you can make marshmallows at home, Marshmallow Madness walks you through all of the steps of making squishy, lovely, delicately flavored marshmallows. Once you've got the technique down pat (it's one of the most fun baking projects, we swear) you can move on and experiment with all of Sever's wild and wonderful takes on the marshmallow.

For the next two weeks we'll be going way beyond the hot chocolate and S'mores to share fabulous marshmallow recipes from Marshmallow Madness with you including boozy Crème de Menthe Marshmallows, Chocolate-Filled Vanilla Marshmallows, and Sea Salt Caramel Swirl Marshmallows.
