For someone who loves biscuits, but will likely never pull together a batch of her own, Callie's Charleston Biscuits are a lifesaver, both for parties and whenever the craving hits. Her original Buttermilk Biscuits bake up beautifully—golden, flaky, and butter-rich. All you need is a few pats of softened butter for one fine meal. They have a slight crunch on the outside and a pillow-soft center that releases a puff of steam when you split one fresh out of the oven.

The Cinnamon Biscuits are a layered version of the original with plenty of brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon. It's sticky bun meets biscuit—as heavenly as it sounds.

For dessert, head straight for the Shortcakes (pictured above), which are are sold frozen by the dozen. They're come pre-cut and par-cooked, so you simply defrost and warm in the oven. These crumbly sweet, vanilla-scented beauties demand fresh whipped cream and summer berries.

For those looking for a touch of savory at the breakfast table, Callie's Black Pepper and Bacon Biscuits are just right. Cream cheese, chopped greens onions, crunchy bits of meaty bacon, and an abundance of cracked black pepper come together in a savory biscuit. Split in half and slather on their Fiery Pimento Cheese spread, a creamy blend of shredded cheddar cheese with mayonnaise, Worcestershire, pepper, and pimentos, with a generous splash of Tabasco, ground cayenne pepper, and mustard. Slather on cold, or heat it up in a ramekin for a ridiculously good dip.
