The greenmarkets are bursting with beautiful fruit; peaches at peak ripeness and luscious plums. If you're a canner or preserver or jelly-maker, next week's theme is for you. Show us your best ways of preserving the season's sweetest produce. Fruit halves in syrup, jellies, jams, conserves, your own canned pie filling—we want to see whatever you're putting up to savor later. Send us photos of your sweet preserves by Tuesday, August 16th, and we'll feature them on Thursday the 18th.
