It's July 19th—National Ice Cream Day, according to our handy-dandy food holiday calendar. Holiday or no, we love ice cream, and each of us is pretty loyal to one delicious flavor. (Ok, most of us are loyal. The Serious Eats Overlord just can't pick a favorite.)
