We're no strangers to the sweets at Bent Spoon in Princeton, New Jersey. So we were excited to see the latest video from Food Curated, which pays a visit to the locally-loved, small-batch ice cream shop.
Since opening in 2004, Gab Carbon and Matt Errico have created close to 500 flavors. "That's not to be weird...it's more just, things keep coming available to this," said Gab. Being in downtown Princeton, they have access to fresh produce from all the great New Jersey farms: blueberries, peaches, apples, nectarines, rhubarb. While they whip up more traditional flavors too (such as chocolate and butter pecan) they like to add their own spices and whimsical spins. Don't be surprised if you see a four-year-old walking in here, ordering fresh ricotta ice cream.
