So, it's officially summer—time for ice cream trucks to really kick it into high gear (hah!). Maybe you've already seen them flooding the streets, motoring around to please anyone with a hankering for creamy soft serve ice cream. I, for one, blame my current soft serve addiction on a youth filled with their mind-numbing jingles. But even if you have followed those jingles, you probably haven't had a chance to see behind the truck's tiny window and into the day-to-day routine of a vendor. So CNNMoney.com hopped on board and spent a day with Nike Olasokan, a Mister Softee franchisee who drives through the streets of Brooklyn.
